Delete your data

Hummock has no accounts and no sign in. Your island lives on your own device and in your own cloud backup, so you can erase everything yourself in a couple of minutes. If you would rather we did it, send us one email and we will take care of it.

Delete everything yourself

This is the fastest route and it needs nothing from us.

STEP 1

Delete the game data on your device

Press and hold the Hummock icon, choose Delete App, then confirm. This removes your island, your streak and every setting stored on that device.

STEP 2

Delete the iCloud copy

On iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, Manage Account Storage, choose Hummock and delete its data. On Android open Settings, Google, Backup and remove the Hummock backup. Without this step a fresh install can restore your old island.

STEP 3

Stop anonymous statistics

Open Hummock, tap SET and switch Share Stats off. Collection stops immediately, on every device signed in to that install.

Ask us to delete it

Email support@prudiq.com with the subject Hummock Data Deletion Request. Tell us your device model, which app store you used and roughly when you started playing, so we can find the anonymous records that belong to your install. Please do not send passwords, Apple ID or Google account details, or payment information.

We confirm and complete every request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your island, harvest history, streak, coins and settings.
  • The iCloud or Google backup copy of that progress.
  • The anonymous play statistics recorded for your install id.
  • Any daily tide scores submitted from your install.

What we cannot remove

  • Purchase and refund records held by Apple or Google. Those belong to the store, not to us, so contact the store directly.
  • Totals that were already counted in aggregate, such as how many islands were grown on a given day. These carry nothing that points back to you.

Hummock never asks for your name, email or contact list, and it has no advertising profile tied to you. The full detail of what is stored and why lives in the Privacy Policy.
